Transparante ruimtelijke woonverdiepingen met optimaal uitzicht op het water, gecombineerd met een besloten ruimtes met daarin de privé vertrekken.
Door een pand te ontwerpen met een afgetekend kader van wit beton, maakte BNLA architecten een ontwerp met een frisse verschijning aan de kade.

Op de begane grond werd een ruime en sfeervolle eetkeuken gerealiseerd die middels de vide in contact staat met de bovengelegen zithoek en werkplek.
Deze woonverdieping heeft een terras aan de voorzijde, die op het zuiden gelegen is. De harmonica pui kan volledig worden opengezet, zodat de buitenruimte optimaal betrokken kan worden bij de woonkamer. Vanaf 13:00 uur tot zonsondergang genieten van de zon en het uitzicht (ligging zuidwest).
